My original Yin Class - this lovely group enjoy an evening practice of slow, lingering stretches and mindful breathing, bringing the body into its parasympathetic state of ‘being’ and moving energy along the Meridian lines of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Together, we’ll explore how our Yoga practice can calm the nervous system and the science behind it. Understanding how we move up and down our Poly Vagal ladder is the first step towards feeling agency over why we feel the way we do. We’ll discover simple tools that can be applied on and off the mat. It’s empowering stuff!

What can i expect at a Workshop?

An extended practice of 2 or 3 hours allows us to immerse ourselves in more movement, more poses and weave our Yoga asana into an exploration into Yogic philosophy. This may encompass the elements, the energetic body, chakras, meridians, pranayama breathwork and a touch of poetry and storytelling.
